Travelling is cancelled, concerts postponed, and no more night outs for now. Let's all face it, we are bound to get bored over the next few weeks of self-quarantine.

1. Get some zzz’s
This is your chance to get back all the lost sleep in your life for the past few years. Stop it, I know what you are thinking. You will stay up late binge-watching because you know, you don’t need to wake up early to go to your office.
2. Do “some” exercises

5. Take care of your kicks
