- If it's been more than 10 days since your item was delivered, contact us to return your item. Items must be unused, unworn and/or sealed all in one place if it's been more than 10 days since they were delivered.

- Refunds for gift returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please work with the gift giver if you need to return any items.

- Orders purchased on Vault.PH can't be returned to a store that sell the same product.

You can package your return in multiple packages, only if needed, but make sure that you create a separate return for each box or order. This greatly helps us in processing your return.

There is no need to drop off any items or orders in any courier location. Our third party courier will be the one to pick up the return item to your address. Please do file for a return by contacting us first.
